Robust Data Communication: Utilizes the standardized M-BUS (CJT188-2004) protocol for long-distance, high-reliability communication with the data concentrator, simplifying system wiring and debugging.
Optional Temperature Sensing: Can be customized with the ability to collect and report both inlet and return water temperatures for more granular system analysis and control.

Principe de fonctionnement

1. Centralized Command: The upper computer system sends commands (e.g., “Open Valve,” “Close Valve,” “Set Temperature”) to the M-BUS Concentrator.
2. Signal Transmission: The concentrator relays these commands to the specific Smart Valve Controller via the M-BUS communication lines.
3. Valve Actuation: The controller receives the instruction and actuates the brass ball valve to the desired position, regulating the flow of hot or chilled water.
4. Status Feedback: The valve controller continuously monitors its status (open/closed, fault conditions) and can upload this data back to the central management system for real-time monitoring and historical analysis.
